Rather than take before and after pics in your undies, we’re going to kick things off with a Strength and MetCon tester. After an information session, we’ll set you off on a tailored plan and at the end, we’ll retest. You’ll no doubt see marked improvement in your performance and as an added bonus, look better naked and feel better to boot!
If you have followed plans before only to see your performance plummet, your energy levels crash and cravings skyrocket, then the Sleven30 is for you. We will provide a tailored nutrition guide, sample meal plans, recipes, and most importantly, education throughout the month.

With autumn on the horizon, there’s no better time to get back on track and dial in your nutrition and training! If you want to lean out, dropping excess body fat without starving yourself and seeing your energy levels take a nosedive, then FAT LOSS is the programme for you!
If you feel that a lack of strength is preventing you from making progress to RX or you just don’t feel like you’re seeing progress in your training, then STRENGTH is the way forward.
We’re going to fuel your training so that you perform at your max and teach you how to recover better. Once we crack the code, say hello to lean mass and gainz!
In order to measure our gainz (and losses!), we’re running pre and post testing sessions to see how your performance has improved over the 30 days.
On Saturday 18th September 13:00-15:00 we’ll have an information and testing afternoon where Coach Loz will take you through all the in’s and out’s of the challenge and answer any questions you have.
You will then perform two short testers designed to measure your strength and cardio. You’ll record your results in Wodify to re-test after the 30 Days is over.
The Sleven30 will officially kick off Monday 20th September.
The programme will be delivered via the pH app where you will receive daily lessons and check-ins to keep you on track and to give you the tools and info you need to continue on your new-found nutrition habits even after the 30 Days is over.
Following the challenge, on the 23rd October 13:00-14:00 you will repeat the testing workouts to see how much you have improved (and then celebrate all our PB’s after!)
No food is “bad” or “good”. You will get a priority food list. If you focus on building your nutrition plan around these foods, you will make progress and feel healthier. The more you eat from the limit table the harder it will be. We will provide you with a food table which we have categorised into anytime foods, training foods and foods to limit.
No! This is is a more "controlled" carb. You want to eat the right amount of carbs at the right times to support your energy and training performance.
The challenge is about finding a pattern of eating that works for you. We encourage you to follow the principles of building your meals rather than numbers. If you really want to know your macros then use the advanced plans on the Hub but follow the habit check ins also.
Yes absolutely. We have lots of options for both vegan and vegetarian.
You can do it but this is about performance! The test will allow you to track progress.
