Coach Led Open Gym

We’re moving to the next stop on our Roadmap to Fitness and next up is Open Gym, starting April 12th. We’re not yet permitted to run group classes but we are introducing coach-led Open Gym sessions in self-contained pods with all the kit and guidance you need to get the best workout in town.

Drop-Ins are only £10 so you can check us out with no commitment!

For those wishing to train more frequently, we’ve introduced a new, great value Roadmap to Fitness Membership for a price of just £130 per month, unlimited, for the period that we’re running Open Gym.

This will take us through to 17th May when we’ll be reintroducing socially distanced group classes!

What is Open Gym?

You will be able to train as you wish (within reason!) in Open Gym with access to barbells, the rig and all of the other equipment in the gym. A member of our coaching team will be on hand to help you with any questions you may have, keep your form perfect and hold you accountable!

We understand that one of the major attractions of training at Sleven is being able to turn up for a class and not have to worry about programming – we provide it all! This will be a feature of Open Gym – the coach on duty will make sure you have a plan and if not, help you choose one. Don’t worry, you won’t need to make up your own sessions and we have many for you to choose from!

7. Coaching


With a multitude of programming, you will be able to tailor your training to your goals for the period between 12 April – 16 May. If you’ve missed the barbell, get yourself on Julia’s Back to Barbell Programme or if you want to feel what it’s like to do a pull-up again, our Return to Rig Programme! We have conditioning with MetCon or if you want a general strength and conditioning programme, 24Sleven is for you!

If you’ve been training consistently over lockdown, our CrossFit class, Sleven X is perfect if you’re looking for a little bit extra!


From April 12th, pre-bookable Open Gym slots are available  all day on weekdays from 06:30-20:30 and 09:00-13:00 on weekends.

Peak time slots are for a 60 minute session with off-peak sessions running for 90 minutes.
All sessions must be booked in advance via Wodify.
