Fridays are special at Sleven! What better way to head into the weekend than getting together with your friends for our FNL partner and team workouts?
In the evening, prepare to have fun at Friday Night Lights, a sweaty team workout that often ends with a cheeky beer. These Friday evenings epitomise what we’re about: working out with friends, suffering together, before hanging out!
DO I NEED TO BE AS FIT AS MY PARTNER FOR FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS?
As with everything we do, workouts are scalable for all abilities,so all are welcome!
YOUR WEEK TRIAL INCLUDES:
The Week Trial does not include Sleven X. If you have CrossFit experience, just drop us a message and we’ll happily include it for you. If you’re new to CrossFit, your fast-track to X is learning the more advanced movements in our Strength and Gymnastics classes, included in all memberships and the week trial.
